This is one of the most unique tomatoes I’ve grown and comes from the era when vegetable varieties were specialized for specific uses. This is most definitely a stuffing tomato, mostly hollow other than a small cluster of seed pulp. When stuffed with breadcrumbs, cheese, and herbs and baked, it is delicious and holds together well.
