It has the standard yellow-fleshed trait of tomatoes in comparison to the enhanced beta-carotene of ‘Caro Rich’, and this tomato is also slightly larger. This variety is well-adapted to the Appalachian region, coming from a family farm deep in the mountains of southeastern Kentucky that is now part of the Cumberland Gap National Park. 75-80 days from transplant to fruit.
