Pink Queen Twinspur is native to South Africa and features stunning pink flowers with downward pointing spears on the back, which contain oil that attracts bees. These flowers are capable of blooming from summer to fall and can rebloom in cooler climates, while potentially flowering almost year-round in warmer areas. Although it is primarily a tender perennial, it grows very quickly and can be grown as an annual in cooler regions. Pink Queen Twinspur can be used as a house plant, or overwintered indoors, and has a mounding clumping habit with evergreen glossy leaves. It is ideal for use in bedding, rock gardens, containers, or as an embellishment spilling out of hanging baskets.
