This is a great, meaty cooking tomato well-adapted to humid conditions! Fruit are much larger than supermarket roma tomatoes, so a few go a long way and quartered, they fit nicely into a food strainer or jars for canning. Flavor is excellent and fruit have relatively few seeds. Plants are indeterminate but produce a concentrated set later in the season that ripen together. Vines have medium vigor and held up well for me against diseases. Fruit quality is good with no green shoulders and few splits. This variety is available nowhere else as it was gifted to me by an acquaintance of Italian heritage named Mark Sellaro who has grown it in West Virginia for years. 90-110 days from transplant to harvest. Germination 92% 12-11-2023. 30 seeds
