This is a mid-season bean with shorter 4.5 inch plump pods. It is quite similar to ‘Morgantown Pole’ except it is earlier and produces a more concentrated pod set. Vines have medium vigor and are very productive. Beans are very tender and both sweet and rich, very tasty. This variety is from Rod White of Jackson County, WV and provided to me by Lewis Jett, WVU vegetable extension specialist. Seeds produced in Morgantown, WV. Germination 92% 12-11-2023. 62-70 days from sowing to harvest. 30 seeds sows 10 ft row
