Other: Casper is a beautiful white heirloom French eggplant. The fruit is teardrop-shaped and measures 5 – 7 inches. The edible white skin is milder than that of purple eggplants. The flesh is tender, mild, and delicate, offering a less bitter taste than other eggplants with a wonderful mushroom flavor. Casper Eggplant also tolerates cool weather well.
