Scientific names: Penstemon Grandiflorus, P. Strictus, P. Cobaea, P. Palmeri, P. Digitus, & P. Pallidus.
Color: Mixed colors including light pink, dark pink, white, blue, and purples.
Plant seeds: Optimal planting is in fall, with cold stratification, or outdoors after frost, or indoors weeks before the last frost.
Plant height: Ranges from 12 to 36 inches.
Plant spacing: Recommended spacing is 15 to 18 inches.
Bloom time: Blooms late spring to early summer.
Hardiness zone: Suitable for zones 3 through 9.
Light requirements: Prefers full sun to partial shade.
