Scientific name: Anomatheca Laxa, also known as Freesia Laxa, Freesia Cruenta, Gladiolus Laxus, Meristostigma Laxum, Lapeirousia Laxa, Lapeirousia Cruenta.
Color: A variety of colors including bright red, pink, white, and pale blue. Each petal features darker splotches of red, pink, or purple at the base. Pure white flowers are also present.
Plant seeds: Best planted in fall, requires cold stratification or can be planted outdoors after frost or indoors weeks before the last frost.
