Product details: Upland Cress is a herb and leaf vegetable that requires less water than watercress and is suitable for growth in containers or traditional garden setups. The large leaves have a spicy flavor akin to watercress and are versatile for use raw in salads and sandwiches or cooked in various dishes. The plant is very cold tolerant and can be planted from spring to late summer. It is ideal for “cut and come again” harvesting, particularly when the leaves reach about 4 inches in width. Even when the plant is flowering, the large rosettes of leaves maintain their quality. After flowering, the plant produces seeds that can be used in salads as sprouts or processed into seed oil.

Seeds took a while to arrive but it’s all worth it. They are well packed and labeled. Plus it comes with some free wildflower seeds. I bought a couple of seeds before from this store but from another selling site, and they never disappoint me. Seller is polite and very communicative.
