Other: Mizuna Mustard is an heirloom Japanese mustard with a feathery leaf shape. The leaves are mild and slightly peppery, less spicy than other mustards or arugula. It can be enjoyed raw in salads or cooked in soups and stir fries, or pickled. Mizuna is fast growing and suitable for “cut and come again” harvesting, providing high yield over a long season. It thrives well in various soils and is heat tolerant. The compact size and numerous thin stalks make it suitable for container gardening. Ideal for planting as a spring or fall crop.
