Dichondra is a creeping ground cover that remains evergreen down to 20F. It forms a dense mat of foliage which effectively suppresses weeds. In some regions, it is utilized as a substitute for traditional grass in lawns. While it can be mowed, it is not a necessity. Dichondra grows taller in shade than in sunlight, adding to its versatility. This plant is also highly decorative and ideally suited for rock gardens, filling spaces between garden stones, cascading out of containers, or draping over walls.

Shipped quickly – really tiny seeds, so they were interesting to handle, and took a bit of time to germinate due to our cooler weather, but they are coming up nicely now!
