Return Policy:
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Often, a photo can resolve the problem quickly. Please send a photo of the product along with your order number to [email protected]. We are not responsible for issues caused by extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or failure to follow our hardiness zone recommendations.
Return Conditions:
- We accept returns of new, unused products that are still in their original packaging or if the product is defective.
- We also accept returns if you are not satisfied with the product, as long as the product remains intact and undamaged.
- All seed and plant sales are not guaranteed to germinate, but we will review each case individually to provide the best support possible.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If your plants or seeds arrive damaged or fail to germinate, please send a photo of the item along with your order number to [email protected] within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return and issue a refund or replacement as necessary.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within thirty (30) business days of receiving the returned merchandise. If your live plants or seeds arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the item along with the plant’s or seed’s label to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, product description, and your shipping name and address.

You may extend the return period during specific times of the year, such as holidays, by contacting us for additional support.
